Osteofy Lite is a patient record. It stores, organises, and displays the information you choose to enter. It does not contact you, does not take measurements, and does not drive a clinical decision.

We are a small team. $4.99 covers secure storage, encryption, and the upkeep of a quiet, dependable record for patients on long-term monitoring.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your data remains exportable in standard formats for 90 days after cancellation.
Does Osteofy Lite interpret my results?
No. Osteofy Lite stores and displays the values you enter. It does not diagnose, score, classify, or recommend treatment. Your physician is the one who reads and interprets your record.
Is my record shared with anyone?
No. Your record is private to you. We do not view, share, or sell your health data. If you choose to print or export it to share with a clinician, that is entirely your decision.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored encrypted in a managed database. We use TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest. You can export it at any time.
